If I had to grade myself in Engineering Class in terms of all the work I’ve done for the project; I would give myself a B+. I really felt like I got to work a lot on the Industrial Design Process and also take further my Responsibility/Work Completion.

Throughout the whole project I chose the task of working on creating our group’s prototype through Solidworks. I was able to learn much about the things you can on Solidworks and how to use it in a professional aspect. I was impressed by the program, and I felt very pleased that I now have the knowledge to create a professional looking design on it.

Since the solid work prototype was very simple to create for the most part, I wasn’t going to sit around and do nothing. I decided to push myself and help my group mates create the actual physical prototype. This allowed me to get another view of the industrial design process and also provide any input/changes I wanted. Apart from that I had fun putting the prototype together.

All this work really push me in my responsibility and work completion. I was working on two very different task, but had the confidence that I can do it. Through smart decision and being work efficient, I was able to complete both task and get extra time to make any improvements I needed. The only reason I wouldn’t give myself an A was because I felt our group’s prototype wasn’t very complex. It was more of getting it done than it was a hard challenge.
