1) How was being a leader in the "Water You Doing'' project changed you?

First all I never imagine myself being a leader for my group during that project. Being member on such a hard project was already hard enough for me. For reason though, I felt a natural force took over me and my leader side of me came out. I knew that we all had to work together if we wanted to pass this project and do good. I took the opportunity to lead the group and make sure we were able to complete our different tasks.  I learn a lot about me during that project. I never thought I had the guts to take the role as a leader in the first place. I also never thought I could even lead a group! I learn to have better communication with group members and that overalls it's a group effort.

2) How has 10th grade been different than any other grade?

10th grade has been the hardest year of school ever in my entire life so far. Even though it's been super hard, I don't think it's a bad thing. This has also been the year I learn the most about myself! 10th grade taught me that I do have the skills of a hard worker. It also taught me the skills to be more organized and much more professional. Apart from learning more about myself, I got to experience life in a much more adult way.  To make the right choices, to be respect of others, and to work hard on everything life gives you. I don't regret 10th grade, the hard work paid off because in the end you do feel satisfied on everything you've worked hard on.

3) What would you do different now that you been through 10th grade?

There is a lot of things I would have liked do differently through the 10th grade year! There has been projects where I felt I could have done better. Assignments that I could have put a little more work into. I think what I would do different would be to organize my time much better for assignments and projects. There have been moments where I would do assignments the day they were due and other times where I would just "wing" a project. Even though these have been bad choices I've made, I don't regret them. I think it's good I've made those mistakes because now I know never to do them again! I can safety say that I'm much more aware of the time I use for assignments and project work. Without make those mistakes and realizing them I think I would have been still making those mistakes. The year could have been much more easier, but in the end it's about reflecting over your mistakes to become a better person.
