PATH Project
The PATH Project is project that mixes up Physics, Art, and Humanties. What we have to do is do research on a place in San Diego and build a exhibition. The exhibition has to stay true to all the 3 subjects but also make interesting question that can be answered. The exhibit is art, then we have take our topic which is relationships, and include Humanties and Physcis into it. Our group chosed Belmont Park. My role is Humanties content specialist, my job is to do research on the layout of Belmont Park and make sure Humanties is in the project and not left out. I also have make questions that have to do with the relationship between Belmont Park and the neighborhood. Apart from all that I also build with my teammates.
Our exhibition is a mini map of Belmont Park with little figures that you can place around the mini map that will activate sound from that place in the map in real map. Next to it our 2 surfboards with info and interviews about Belmont and people who visit it. Sound comes from a big sound dome on top of the whole thing. Our group has been doing good and I think we all have worked hard, so I can't say that I have been doing all the work. I sometimes slack off, but I know the my group depends on me and I feel bad when they know I'm slacking off. That's why little by little I have tried to be a better teammate.
