So many questions...

I think that when in comes to "self advocacy", I'm probably doing an amazing job. In the type of work I'm doing, there is no room for errors. A lot of my work I have to hold myself to my tolerances and make sure my work is precise. So instead of trying to work out something I don't understand on my own, my mentor appericates me asking questions instead. So far there has been a lot of new tools and "ways of doing things" presented to me, so I've had to ask a lot of questions. My mentor allows me to make mistakes, so I can later learn from them. I'm not the only who takes time to ask questions either. The whole team working at Flyboys Aeroworks is always asking questions! These questions are sometimes essential to completing some of the work too.
So far I'm trying to do my best to be the "intern that everyone remembers". The way I've been doing it is taking up challenges that my mentor has thrown at me and doing my best to show how hard working I am. I really trying to stick out, almost like if I'm a full time paid member. Through all my work and sweat, I'm been trying to really show my dedication. Slowly I been able to tell that my work has been paying off, which keeps me motivated to continue trying my best.
